GREEN BAY, Wis. – November 15, 2013 – Rick Hawk has been hired as senior vice president, enterprise architect where he is responsible for developing business objectives and ensuring technology architectural vision is fully aligned with those objectives and strategies. His role is to interface with solution vendors, all technology areas, and business lines to develop understanding of key strategies and recommend technology strategy that will contribute to future success of the company.

Having 20 years of technology and financial service experience, Hawk promotes effective use of technology solutions to all levels of the company and functions as a design consultant with strong knowledge of best practices. Prior to joining Associated Bank, he served as enterprise architect with Brady Corporation.

Hawk earned two bachelor’s degrees in business administration and computer science and is a graduate of Marquette University having earned a master’s degree in computer engineering. Professionally, he holds a number of professional certifications and is a member of the CPCU – Greater Milwaukee Chapter. In the community, Hawk serves as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
