CHICAGO – July 27, 2015 – Jerry Rotunno of Associated Bank has been promoted to team lead of the commercial real estate Chicago middle market group where he is responsible for managing a talented group of senior bankers that includes Tom Chan, Rosemary Kehr and Craig Pryzgoda, with 75 years of combined experience.

Most recently, Rotunno was the relationship manager with the commercial real estate team. He has been with Associated for more than 14 years and has over 30 years of experience in investing and lending on all product types in commercial real estate.

His previous employers include Kensington Realty Advisors, Sarofim Realty Advisors and a long tenure with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. Rotunno has also been a part of several commercial real estate industry panels and writes an annual column on the trends in the industrial market of Chicago.

Rotunno is a graduate of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate from the University of Illinois.  He is active with Junior Achievement and Hilda’s Place Homeless Shelter.
