Associated Bank continues to grow its Milwaukee leadership team
Milwaukee - April 26, 2012 - Associated Bank continues to grow with the promotion and hiring of six new leaders in the Milwaukee area.
Christina Gladczak has joined Associated as vice president, sales and marketing integration manager in the wealth management division. She is responsible for helping create and manage a sales enablement strategy for each of the organization's lines of business. She comes to Associated from M&I Wealth Management where she was an assistant vice president, senior training consultant. She works in Associated's offices at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee.
Fred Jarosinski has joined Associated as vice president, database administrator serving as Associated's lead data warehouse developer. Most recently he held a similar position at Wells Fargo. Jarosinski has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. He is based at Associated's offices at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee.
Robert Laszkiewicz has been hired as vice president, senior business analyst. He is responsible for providing Associated's business lines with improvement solutions for their processes that incorporate technology. Prior to joining Associated he held a similar position for Guaranty Bank. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. His office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee.
Neal Lindquist has been promoted to senior vice president, regional senior credit manager. In this role he is responsible for approving commercial loan requests and assisting Associated's middle market business development bankers generate revenues. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Lindquist earned his master's in business administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. He brings nearly 25 years of banking experience to the position, the majority of which were in a business development capacity, and over the last three years he assisted Associated with commercial loan workouts. His office is located at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee.
John McVoy has been hired as vice president, regulatory change and facilitation manager. He is responsible for monitoring and summarizing new regulations affecting the bank and facilitating, monitoring and reporting on all regulatory activities and requests. He comes to Associated from Robert W. Baird where he was an AML/privacy officer. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. His office is at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., Milwaukee.
Lisa Scace has joined Associated as vice president, bank at work business development officer where she is responsible for working with businesses to offer a no-cost banking benefits package to their employees. She also conducts financial education seminars for businesses and employees. She serves Associated's central region which includes Milwaukee, Madison and surrounding areas. Prior to joining Associated Scace was a vice president, branch manager with JP Morgan Chase. She is based in Milwaukee at Associated's offices at 330 E. Kilbourn Ave., and brings 15 years of banking experience to the position.
