Associated Banc-Corp adds to its Green Bay area team
GREEN BAY, WIS - February 14, 2012 - Associated Banc-Corp continues to grow with the hiring or promotion of three new leaders in the Green Bay area.
Phil Ducat has been promoted to vice president, building systems project manager where he is responsible for maintaining Associated's workplace management systems. Previously he worked as a network engineer. Ducat has been with Associated for 11 years.
Melinda Lawrence has been promoted to vice president, lending compliance officer. In her new role she is responsible for working with all Associated lending business lines to answer compliance questions and to review policies, procedures and training material related to compliance. She previously was an assistant vice president. Lawrence has been with Associated for one year, and has nearly nine years of banking compliance experience.
Brent Egbert has been hired as vice president, records information manager. In this capacity he is responsible for providing guidance on corporate records management programs, processes and compliance. Egbert previously was a records management consultant and brings more than 20 years of teaching records-related training courses to the position.
