GREEN BAY, Wis. – July 8, 2013 – David Briggs joined Associated Bank as vice president, vendor management risk manager. He manages vendor relationships for Associated’s operations and technology shared services. His primary responsibilities include monitoring vendor compliance with regulatory requirements for the bank. Briggs has 15 years of financial management experience and previously served as the earned value management and risk manager for Marinette Marine Corporation. He is a graduate of Florida State University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Institute of Technology. Briggs’ office is located at 2870 Holmgren Way in Green Bay.

Andrew Fiumefreddo has been hired as vice president, Information Technology Infrastructure Library process lead, for Associated Bank. He is responsible for developing quality control systems to support bank processes and ongoing compliance monitoring for the bank. Fiumefreddo served as an IT process improvement analyst at Froedtert Health prior to joining Associated. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in information systems from Cardinal Stritch University. His office is located at 2870 Holmgren Way in Green Bay.

Eric Latimer has been named vice president, senior accounting manager, in the Associated Bank Finance Department. In this role his primary responsibility is initiating process improvements for the bank’s accounting systems and ensuring solid internal controls exist to protect the integrity of the bank’s financial data. He leads several teams within the accounting division and provides professional development support and guidance to his team. With nine years of banking experience, Latimer formerly served as the accounting manager with Associated. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Latimer’s office is in the corporate headquarters located at 433 Main St. in Green Bay.
