Associated adds three to its Green Bay leadership team
GREEN BAY, Wis. - May 29, 2012 - Associated Bank has added three colleagues to its leadership team in the Green Bay area.
Jessica Soik has been promoted to vice president, bank secrecy act investigations manager. In this capacity she is responsible for supervising the staff and function of the bank secrecy act/anti-money laundering investigations group. She previously was a fraud detection manager for Associated. Soik earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Concordia University, and has been with Associated since 2010.
Nicholas S. Dercks has been hired as vice president, database administrator where he is the lead ETL (extract, transform, load) resource in designing and implementing Associated's enterprise data warehouse. Dercks comes to Associated from Schneider National where he was the ETL technical leader. He is a graduate of ITT Technical College.
Mark Rabas has been hired as vice president, project manager II. In this role he will lead and manage information technology projects that support Associated's retail banking processes. Prior to joining Associated Rabas worked as a program manager for the Nielsen Company. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.
