Steve Esposito has been promoted to vice president, district manager of retail banking with Associated Bank. In this capacity he leads a management team of 14 senior level bank branch employees in the greater Madison area, overseeing the operations and administration of 13 branch locations. He formerly was a vice president, market manager with Associated in the Chicago area. Esposito brings eight years of financial industry experience to his new role. His office is located at 2001 Londonderry Dr., Madison.
Christopher Stream has been promoted to vice president, market manager at Associated Bank. In this capacity he works with businesses in Manitowoc County to improve their financial leverage by offering commercial loans, financial advice, and value-added banking services. Previously he was a portfolio manager for Associated and brings 10 years of financial services experience to his new role. Stream believes in giving back to the community and has actively volunteered with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Junior Achievement and the United Way. His office is located at 1121 Franklin St., Manitowoc.
Heidi Rausch has been promoted to vice president, district manager within Associated Bank. In this capacity she is responsible for implementing sales and service programs for the Associated Bank branch locations in central Wisconsin while also supervising the manager of each branch. She previously worked as a market manager for the past four years. Rausch is based at the Associated Bank located at 400 S. Chestnut in Marshfield.
Christopher Krohn has been named branch manager for the Associated Bank Festival Foods branch located at 2415 Westowne Ave., Oshkosh. Krohn is responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch while directing activities to help maintain and develop business and consumer relationships. Most recently he was the assistant manager at Associated’s Neenah Pick N’ Save branch location.
